Traveling in
What it actually takes to come here
Patients travel from out of state. Before you consider it, here is the practical picture — flights, days, hours in the chair, and what the week looks like.
Getting here
The practice is in central Indiana. Most patients flying in use Indianapolis International Airport (IND), which has direct service from most major US hubs and is a straightforward drive from the practice.
Chicago O'Hare and Midway are alternatives if the fares are better; both are a longer drive. Once you book, I will send specific directions, drive times, and accommodation options near the practice.

How many days, and how much of each day
- The Diagnostic Intensive — two daysDay one is examination, measurement, and testing. Plan on most of the day. Day two is the synthesis session and your written diagnosis — shorter, and often by video if laboratory results have not returned by then.
- The Treatment Intensive — five consecutive weekdaysTwo to four hours of clinical time per day. Most afternoons are free.
- Both togetherUsually scheduled as one visit where laboratory timing allows, or split across two trips where it does not. We work that out on the consultation call before you book anything.
Bringing someone
Easy to accommodate, and often a good idea. These are long conversations about complicated findings, and a second set of ears helps. There is no additional cost.
What to bring
- Every medication and supplement you take, with roughly when you started each — the bottles themselves are ideal
- Laboratory results from the past two years, including ones you were told were normal
- Any imaging, biopsy reports, or specialist letters
- The names of the clinicians you have already seen and what each concluded
- Your usual oral-care products — toothpaste, rinse, anything you use daily. These matter more than people expect and it is easier to look at the actual bottle.
Your intake packet is completed online before you arrive, so none of your time here is spent on paperwork.
Do the consultation call first.
It is free, it takes fifteen or twenty minutes, and I will tell you honestly whether traveling here makes sense for your situation. Sometimes the answer is that something should be ruled out locally first — and occasionally that turns out to be the whole answer, and you never need to come at all.
I would much rather say that on a phone call than after you have booked a flight.
